Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in West Chester, PA is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee residential facilities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will supervise direct support professionals and manage daily operations to ensure quality services and safety.

The role requires a 8:00–5:30 schedule, Monday–Friday with on-call rotation, a Bachelor's degree, valid driver's license, and at least 3 years working with adults with IDD or mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services.
• At least three (3) years experience working directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or TBI.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct support professionals and direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility(s).
• Ensure quality services meeting therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs.
• Adhere to Devereux Philosophy of Care, center procedures and standards of conduct.
• Handle eight days of new hire orientation and provide training/mentoring staff.
• Manage schedule from 8:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, with on-call rotation.
