Job summary

Devereux, located in Malvern, PA, is seeking a Program Supervisor to support adolescents in an inpatient psychiatric setting. You will help develop independent living and social skills within a therapeutic, clinical framework.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with human services credits or 60 credits and relevant experience, plus at least one year of supervisory experience. We offer PBIS/ABA training and a pathway for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ credits in human services or 60 college credits in human services and related experience.
• Minimum two years direct care experience (or three years with 60 credits).
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals are safe in a therapeutic treatment environment.
• Plan and implement residential program services for clients.
• Supervise clients in program activities and leisure time.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to staff.
