Seneca is seeking a Program Supervisor in Salinas, CA to lead a Day Treatment Intensive youth program. You will oversee clinical quality, program operations, safety, and staff development, while guiding a team and partnering with the Program Director to recruit, train, and mentor staff.
The role requires California BBS licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC), and at least 3 years in crisis services. The position is full-time, onsite, with competitive pay and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for new employees.

As the Program Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team providing short‑term stabilization services to youth as they build skills to thrive at home, school, and in their community. You’ll oversee clinical quality, program operations, safety, and staff development while creating a supportive treatment environment. Working closely with the Program Director, you’ll help recruit, train, and mentor a strong team and build relationships that support the program’s success. This is an opportunity to use your leadership and clinical expertise to make a meaningful impact for youth and families. This role requires a California BBS license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
TheSTEP (Skills, Transitions, Exploration and Progress)Program is located in Salinas, CA. STEP provides intensive, day treatment intensive short‑term stabilization services to youth, ages 12 - 17, for an average of 15 days. Our goal is to reintegrate our youth into schools and the community with lower levels of outpatient mental health treatment. All groups are designed to teach youth the skills necessary to help them learn about their mental health, provide psychoeducation, and help them learn skills to feel better and be safe.
