Dungarvin in Austin, TX is seeking a Program Supervisor to coordinate daily operations across assigned programs. Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of supervisory experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
  • Valid Driver's License (may require own vehicle).
  • Successful background clearance as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
  • Monitor, coordinate and ensure services to individuals are delivered.
  • Ensure all direct service shifts are filled in their program(s).
  • Provide training for employees and conduct monthly staff meetings.
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks and personal care as needed.

Job Description

TheProgram Supervisoris responsible forcoordination and management of the daily operations of the overall services in assigned programs.The two priority areas of responsibility include ensuring orientation and ongoing training of employees and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, andmonitoredto the highest degree possible.This entry-level supervisory role is ideal for candidates with at least two years of experience in the IDD field. The position centers on hands-on direct care while offering exposure to light supervisory duties as you grow in the role.
