Job summary

Dungarvin in Conroe, TX, is seeking a Program Supervisor to coordinate daily operations in its assigned programs. This entry‑level lead caregiver role involves hands-on direct care with light supervisory duties as you grow in the position.

You will supervise staff, ensure services are delivered, provide training, and support the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–9:00pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• A two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of supervisory experience in IDD preferred.
• Strong communication, reading, and writing skills.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all staff at assigned programs.
• Monitor and ensure services are delivered to the individuals.
• Ensure all direct service shifts are filled in the program(s).
• Provide training for employees and conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Offer hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Promote comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals served.

Job Description

TheProgram Supervisoris responsible forcoordination and management of the daily operations of the overall services in assigned programs.The two priority areas of responsibility include ensuring orientation and ongoing training of employees and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, andmonitoredto the highest degree possible.This entry-level (Lead Caregiver) supervisory role is ideal for candidates with at least two years of experience in the IDD field. The position centers on hands-on direct care while offering exposure to light supervisory duties as you grow in the role.
