Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking a Program Specialist in Greensburg to oversee safety and well-being for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs in a residential setting. You’ll coordinate activities, community integration, and IP implementation, reporting to the Program Operations Director.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with 6400 regulations required.
• Graduate degree plus relevant experience or any accredited degree with combined experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and well‑being of individuals in residential settings, per IP.
• Coordinate Direct Support Professionals and payroll/attendance records.
• Run regular meetings to review program needs and training.
• Ensure budgetary compliance and adherence to policies.
• Assist IP development, annual updates, and regulatory revisions.
• Support IP process, team reviews, and implementation steps.
