Job summary
Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking a Program Specialist to oversee safety and well-being of individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, coordinating IPs and community integration. Reports to the Program Operations Director. Requires supervisory experience and relevant degrees plus DD experience.
The role is full-time in the Rochester/Coraopolis area with benefits and a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Prior experience with 6400 regulations is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience with 6400 regulations.
- Master’s degree or higher with 1 year experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide and supervise activities for individuals in accordance with each IP.
- Coordinate and oversee Direct Support Professionals responsibilities.
- Complete attendance and payroll records for Direct Support Professionals.
- Hold regular meetings with Direct Support Professionals to review needs and provide training.
- Assure budgetary compliance and fiscal accountability for residential programs.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Develop IP assessments, IP Annual updates, and IP revisions as required under CH. 6400.181(a).
- Participate in IP process and implementation per 6400 regulations.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Program Operations Director.
