Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking a Program Specialist to oversee the safety and well‑being of individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting, coordinating activities and community integration per each IP. This full‑time role reports to the Program Operations Director.

You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, manage IP development and updates under CH. 6400.181(a), ensure budgetary compliance, provide training, and uphold policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with 6400 regulations required.
• Master’s degree or higher plus one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours plus four years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise activities for individuals per their IP and promote community integration.
• Coordinate and oversee Direct Support Professionals.
• Complete attendance and payroll records for Direct Support Professionals.
• Hold regular meetings with DSPs to review needs and provide training.
• Ensure budgetary compliance and fiscal accountability for residential programs.
• Ensure program adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assess IP development, annual updates, and revisions under CH. 6400.181(a).
• Participate in IP process, development, and team reviews under 6400 regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Operations Director.
