Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes in Mount Pleasant seeks a Program Specialist to oversee safety and well-being for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, mental health, and behavioral health needs in a residential setting. You will coordinate IP-based activities and community integration, reporting to the Program Operations Director.

The role also involves supervising Direct Support Professionals, handling attendance/payroll, and ensuring policy and regulatory compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum two years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver9s license required.
• Experience with 6400 regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise activities for individuals according to their IP.
• Coordinate and oversee Direct Support Professionals responsibilities.
• Complete attendance and payroll records for Direct Support Professionals.
• Hold regular meetings with Direct Support Professionals to review needs and provide training.
• Assure budgetary compliance and fiscal accountability for residential programs.
• Ensure program adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assess IP development, IP Annual update, and IP revisions under CH. 6400.181(a).
• Participate in IP process, development, team reviews, and implementation per 6400 regulations.
• Perform other duties as directed by Program Operations Director.
