Qualifications

• Requires a degree and direct experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience with CH 6400 regulations and IP processes.
• Supervisory and budget oversight responsibilities required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise activities for individuals per their IP and promote community integration.
• Coordinate oversight of Direct Support Professionals and payroll records.
• Hold regular meetings to review program needs and provide training.
• Ensure budgetary compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assist in IP development, updates, and regulatory revisions.
