Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes in Harmar Township is seeking a Program Specialist to oversee the safety and well‑being of individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in a residential setting, coordinating IP plans and community integration per individual goals.

The role reports to the Program Operations Director and requires supervisory experience, relevant degrees, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with 6400 regulations required.
• Master’s degree or higher plus one year working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise activities for individuals per IP and support community integration.
• Coordinate and oversee Direct Support Professionals.
• Complete attendance and payroll records for Direct Support Professionals.
• Hold regular meetings with DSPs to review needs and provide training.
• Ensure budgetary compliance and fiscal accountability for residential programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop IP assessments, annual updates, and IP revisions under CH. 6400.181(a).
• Participate in IP process, team reviews, and implementation per 6400 regulations.
• Perform other duties as directed by Program Operations Director.
