Job summary

Abound Health PA, LLC seeks a Program Specialist in Bellefonte, PA to oversee services for individuals under Pennsylvania Waiver or Base Funded Services. You report to the Program Director and supervise direct care staff while supporting ISP implementation and documentation.

Responsibilities include assessments, progress and incident reports, and coordination of community resources. Travel across the region is expected; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; related coursework preferred.
• Knowledge of ISP implementation, task analysis, and documentation practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively.
• Meet applicable ODP training and qualification requirements for assigned unlicensed services.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background and health and safety clearances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client services, documentation, and records to ensure compliance with applicable ODP requirements.
• Supervise and support direct care staff, including performance evaluations, development, training, and scheduling.
• Participate in ISP meetings and support implementation of client goals, task analyses, and interventions.
• Complete assessments, progress reports, service documentation, and incident reports as required.
• Monitor service utilization, billing, staffing coverage, and service authorizations.
• Ensure client-specific training is completed and provide guidance to direct care staff.
• Support clients and families with accessing appropriate community resources and services.
