Abound Health in Mercer, PA is seeking a Program Specialist to ensure the success of day, residential, and other licensed programs. You will report to the Program Director and lead compliance efforts, champion staff supervision, and build strong community connections.

This role focuses on licensing, audits, and delivering quality care for individuals with IDD, while mentoring staff, reviewing documentation, and coordinating resources for families.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years leadership in IDD services or MSW with IDD internship/experience.
• Understanding of 6400, 2380, and 6100 regulations.
• Strong communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with composure.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines for Community Homes and Adult Training Facilities.
• Be the go-to expert for licensing bodies, managing inspections, audits, and action plans.
• Conduct and document clinical and supervisory visits to staff.
• Review client service notes for accuracy and compliance.
• Create goals, task analyses, and interventions to help clients reach potential.
• Provide training, evaluate performance, and coach staff.
• Connect clients and families with community resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines for Community Homes and Adult Training Facilities
• Be the go-to expert for licensing bodies, confidently managing inspections, audits, and action plans
• Empower staff by conducting and documenting clinical and supervisory visits to ensure top-quality care
• Review client service notes and documentation to guarantee accuracy and compliance
• Create personalized goals, task analysis, and interventions to help clients achieve their fullest potential
• Inspire and develop your team with training, performance evaluations, and coaching
• Advocate for clients by connecting them and their families with vital community resources

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in IDD services required OR in lieu of not having leadership experience, must have a Masters in Social Work, with internship/experience in IDD.
• Deep understanding of 6400, 2380, and 6100 Regulations preferred
• Strong communication skills to connect with clients, families, and team members
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence and composure

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university required

Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay.
