Posting Context Statement The IMPACT Program Specialist provides day-to-day coordination for a federally funded personnel preparation project that supports paraeducators in completing degree and certification requirements to become special education teachers. The position coordinates scholar support, project activities, partner communication, data collection, reporting, and administrative processes. The position reports to the Principal Investigator and works closely with project faculty, university offices, mentors, school partners, and scholars.
Position Overview This position performs a complex mix of duties in support of project or program development and delivery.
Preferred - Bachelor's degree in education, administration, project management, student services, or a related field
Additional Preferred - Master's degree in a related field
Listed degree qualification is required at time of hire
