University of Idaho is seeking an administrative and program support professional to assist with day-to-day operations, event planning, and cross-campus coordination for student services and events. The role acts as a front-facing contact for participants and collaborates with the Program Manager for Law Events to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, and generating routine financial reports using university systems.
This position supports project and program development through a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. Key responsibilities include event planning, coordinating student services programs, and processing financial documents. This position is forward facing for both event tasks and meetings as well as being a point of contact for cross-campus departments pertaining to events and student programs. All tasks and responsibilities are in coordination with and overseen by the Program Manager for Law Events.
Position Overview
