Job summary
The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties in Carlisle is seeking a Program Specialist to oversee multiple group homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). You will supervise residential programs, ensure compliance with state regulations, Federal Waiver, HUD and Pennhurst requirements, and provide direction to staff.
Qualifications require a master's or higher with relevant experience, or a bachelor's with significant experience, or an associate's degree with
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher with 1 year of work experience directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of work experience directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
- Associate's degree or 60 credit hours with 4 years of work experience directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and direction over the residential program(s) to which you are assigned.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, Federal Waiver, HUD and Pennhurst requirements as appropriate.
- Oversee group homes for adults with I/DD.
