Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above with 1 year direct experience with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years direct ID/autism experience.
• Associate's degree or 60 credit hours with 4 years direct ID/autism experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential program(s) to ensure compliance with state regulations, Federal Waiver, HUD and Pennhurst requirements as appropriate.
• Provide supervision and direction over the assigned group homes.
• Coordinate training and maintain high standards of care for adults with I/DD.
