Job summary

The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) seeks a Program Specialist to oversee multiple group homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role will work from our main office in Carlisle, directing residential programs to meet regulatory standards.

Applicants should have education and experience aligned with state requirements and direct work with individuals with ID/autism. Full-time benefits are offered alongside a starting hourly rate of $25.80.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher with 1 year direct work with individuals with ID or autism.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years direct work with individuals with ID or autism.
• Associate's degree with 4 years direct work with individuals with ID or autism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residential program(s) and direct staff to ensure quality care.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, Federal Waiver, HUD and Pennhurst requirements.
