Job summary

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor for a group home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Openings located in Mechanicsburg and New Cumberland, PA.

Supervisors provide oversight to direct care staff and direct care to individuals while ensuring health and safety at the site. Responsibilities include supervising/training staff, on-call duties, paperwork, regulatory compliance, and maintaining professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required.
• Supervisory experience and experience in Residential Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct care staff in a residential setting.
• Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities in the group home.
• Ensure health and safety, supervise/train staff, and participate in on-call duty.
• Complete weekly/monthly/annual paperwork and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain professional relations with families, staff and professionals.
