Job summary

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties seeks a Program Specialist to oversee multiple group homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role is based in our Carlisle office and requires hands-on supervision and compliance with state and federal standards.

Candidates should have education and experience as outlined by state regulations and be prepared to coordinate with staff and our main office to ensure quality care, safety, and adherence to program requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 1 year experience in I/DD settings.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years direct I/DD experience.
• Associate degree or 60 credits with 4 years direct I/DD experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide supervision and direction to staff in group homes.
• Coordinate with main office to ensure program quality.
