The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties in Carlisle, PA seeks a full-time Associate Director of Residential Services to provide direction and professional leadership to the residential (I/DD) group homes they oversee. You will supervise operations, mentor staff, and help shape departmental goals and policies to ensure high-quality care.

Ideal candidates hold a related Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years in I/DD settings, including supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5-7 years of experience in I/DD including supervisory/administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of assigned residential programs.
• Provide orientation training and ongoing support to team members.
• Support development of professional goals for Program Specialists.
• Assist in development and implementation of department goals and policies.
• Ensure compliance with DHS and residential regulations; conduct annual self-licensing inspections.
• Review assessments and coordinate admission plans with Director and Program Specialists.
• Review financial transactions (BCAs) bi-monthly and enforce Accessible Cash Account policies.
• Assist in annual budget development and monthly expense monitoring.
• Collaborate on clinical decisions by evaluating Treatment Team outcomes and plans.
