Tallahassee State College is seeking a Program Specialist to plan and implement Rebuild Florida related grants. The successful candidate will coordinate outreach to employers, develop action plans, and ensure grant compliance.

A Bachelor's degree with three years of progressive experience is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in apprenticeship programs. Competitive salary between $45,000 – $50,000 and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of progressive experience in business management or related field.
• Preference for background in pre-apprenticeship/apprenticeship programs.
• OSHA 10 Trainer certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, and implement grant components.
• Coordinate outreach to employers and community organizations.
• Complete all tracking and reporting requirements.
