Job summary

Bridgeways is seeking a full-time Program Specialist Case Manager in Everett, WA. You will provide flexible case management, outreach, and coordination across SCS programs, serving clients with complex needs.

Expect independence, collaboration with peers, and adherence to HIPAA and program rules. The role offers a daytime, Mon-Fri schedule with some flexibility, a home office in Everett, and travel to client homes and partner sites.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in case management, community-based services, behavioral health, housing, or related work with vulnerable populations.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, behavioral health requirements, and housing guidelines, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services across SCS programs and cover during absences.
• Develop individualized service plans and coordinate referrals.
• Maintain confidential records and HMIS data entry.
• Advocate for client rights and connect clients with housing resources.
• Collaborate with partners and participate in team meetings.
