Specialty Medical Staffing is seeking a Housing Case Manager for a direct hire, full-time role based in Everett, WA. You will support individuals moving into or maintaining stable housing through comprehensive case management, resource coordination, and ongoing client support.

The position focuses on housing stability, tenancy support, and collaboration with community partners to link clients with rental subsidies and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• OR minimum 2+ years of experience in case management or supportive housing.
• At least 1 year of housing-related services experience.
• Strong knowledge of housing systems, tenant rights, and compliance.
• Ability to manage crisis situations and work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Support clients before move-in through assessments and housing application assistance.
• Create personalized housing stability plans based on client needs.
• Help clients identify housing options and apply for rental subsidies.
• Provide ongoing tenancy support and address issues before they escalate.
• Coach clients on tenant rights, lease terms, and housing expectations.
• Help resolve disputes with landlords, property managers, and neighbors.
• Link clients with community services that strengthen long-term housing stability.
• Keep thorough and accurate case notes and documentation.
• Work closely with housing providers, agencies, and community partners.
