Job summary

Bridgeways Everett in Everett, WA is seeking a Program Specialist Case Manager to provide flexible case management and outreach within our Social and Community Services programs. You will coordinate services, maintain records, and support clients with complex needs across housing, health, and community supports.

Role emphasizes professional boundaries, independent judgment, and collaboration with partners. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday daytime with a home base in Everett and local travel,

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in case management, community-based services, behavioral health, housing, or related work with vulnerable populations.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, behavioral health admin requirements, and housing guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible case management across SCS programs and cover during absences.
• Develop and update individualized service plans and coordinate referrals.
• Advocate for client rights and educate clients on resources and housing rights.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare, housing, social services, employment, and legal partners.
