Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is hiring a Coordinated Entry Data & Systems Specialist to support Nashville’s homelessness response system. The role ensures data integrity, maintains records, tracks referrals, and supports system-wide coordination to improve housing access.
The position emphasizes data quality, timely follow-through, and collaboration with community partners, including CE managers and project coordinators, in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
The Coordinated Entry (CE) Data & Systems Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Nashville’s homelessness response system by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of all Coordinated Entry data and processes. This position maintains essential records, tracks referrals, monitors workflow performance, and supports community-wide coordination that directly impacts access to housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The incumbent is detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and committed to improving system performance through high-quality data and timely follow-through. The Office of Homeless Services is dedicated to improving efforts to end homelessness by harnessing local data to shape program and system design using a “systems thinking” approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
