Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in retail operation/management, inventory and/or development of programs, policies and business concepts/strategies.
• Or Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in retail operation/management, inventory and/or development of programs, policies and business concepts/strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for designated program(s).
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational programs, processes, and activities are executed in compliance with established standards, policies, and business requirements.
• Streamline operational procedures and program processes to enable efficient administration and consistent execution by leadership and operational teams.
• Review, develop, and improve program procedures, guidance, and administrative processes to promote operational efficiency, consistency, and effective program management.
• Implement and support changes to operational programs through stakeholder communication, training development and delivery, and technical testing to validate system functionality and program effectiveness.
• Prepare reports, maintain program documentation, and track outcomes to support program evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Additional Qualifications/Requirements

This position is located within the Store Operations Division and serves as the Program Specialist for Military Clothing Store Operations.
