Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents to support their personal goals.
• Provide daily support in routines and activities for residents.
• Collaborate with the Program Director and supervise staff.
