Family Health Centers of San Diego is hiring a Manager of Program Services to oversee grants and program operations. You will manage budgets, track deliverables, and produce data-driven reports while building partnerships with community and funding partners across San Diego County.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 5 years in program management within healthcare, plus experience serving the target patient populations and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3 years of experience with organizations serving the patient population for assigned programs.
• 5 years of experience in program management in health care.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with community partners and grantors, identifying opportunities for new funding sources and representing FHCSD to partners.
• Oversees daily and strategic operations of assigned programs and grants; ensures completion of grant goals and objectives.
• Prepares program budgets, monitors grant expenditures, ensures revenue supports programs, and reviews purchasing requests.
• Deploys Lean tools (5S, A3) and evaluates results; ensures timely and appropriate reporting to funders.
