Family Health Centers of San Diego is seeking a Grants Manager to develop and submit proposals for funding opportunities over $1 million. This regular full-time position requires at least 3 years of grant writing experience and strong organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing abilities and must be able to develop compelling narratives that meet funder criteria. The compensation includes a salary range of $70,304 to $99,251, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of grant-writing experience or equivalent.
• Experience with HRSA, SAMHSA, NIH funding preferred.
• Experience in a FQHC or non-profit health context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate complex programmatic budgets.
• Create compelling grant narratives aligning needs with funder priorities.
• Lead the submission of major grant proposals.
