Family Health Centers of San Diego is hiring a Manager of Program Services, SUD to strategically manage programs and grants focused on outreach, counseling, and health education. The role requires leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering data-driven reports to funders.

The position emphasizes collaboration with community partners and ensuring timely grant deliverables while maintaining regulatory compliance across multiple sites in the San Diego region.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, or closely related field.
• Master's degree in relevant field preferred.
• 3 years of experience with organizations serving the patient population for assigned programs (e.g., HIV/AIDS, homeless, LGBT).
• 5 years of experience in program management in health care field.

Responsibilities

• Builds and oversees program/grant operations and budgets; tracks deliverables and prepares reports.
• Gathers data, analyzes results, and supports evaluation and quality assurance.
• Maintains relationships with community partners and funders; oversees grant writing processes.
• Ensures compliance with grant/regulatory requirements; monitors expenditures and reporting.
