Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, or closely related field required.
• Master’s degree in relevant field preferred.
• 3 years of experience serving patient populations for assigned programs.
• 5 years of experience in program management in health care.
• California driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes data on programs, creating reports on data and metrics.
• Oversees daily and strategic operations of assigned programs and grants.
• Builds relationships with community partners and funders.
• Ensures compliance with grant and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors budgets and expenditures; ensures funds are used appropriately.
• Provides staff training and supervision; oversees performance management.
