Job summary

Gleaners Food Bank is seeking a Programs Service Manager to oversee network activity, partner relations, and operational compliance within a defined territory. You will coordinate hunger relief distribution (Gleaners2Go, Drive & Dish, Home Delivery) and serve as the primary contact for assigned Partners, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to Feeding America and government regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Food Safety and Handling certification, or ability to be certified.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage hunger relief distribution activity for assigned programs within a territory, including Gleaners2Go, Drive & Dish, Home Delivery, etc.
• Serve as primary point of contact for all assigned Partners to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Coordinate with internal departments to achieve operational efficiencies and regulatory compliance.
• Expand and leverage community partnerships to recruit or enhance distribution sites and volunteer leadership.
• Provide guidance on hunger relief efforts in collaboration with internal and external partners; support fundraising and grant management.
• Ensure SOPs and documentation are reviewed, updated, and shared as needed.
