Job summary

Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana is seeking a Program Service Manager in Indianapolis to oversee distribution activity and partner relations across a territory, ensuring top customer service and regulatory compliance.

The role requires collaboration across departments, adherence to Feeding America standards, and ongoing program SOP updates. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with food safety certification preferred.

• Work experience in related field.
• Food Safety and Handling Certification, or ability to be certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage hunger relief distribution activity within a territory (Gleaners2Go, Drive & Dish, Home Delivery).
• Serve as primary point of contact for Partners to ensure high level of customer service.
• Liaise between Partners and internal departments to drive efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Feeding America, government regulations, and local health codes.
