Job summary

Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana seeks a Program Service Manager to oversee hunger relief distribution programs in a specified territory, ensuring top-tier partner service and compliance with Feeding America and TEFAP standards.

You will coordinate with internal teams, expand community partnerships, and monitor SOPs while guiding program operations and reporting. A relevant degree and food safety certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Work experience in related field.
• Food Safety and Handling Certification or ability to be certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage hunger relief distribution activity within a specific territory.
• Serve as primary contact for all assigned Partners to ensure customer service levels.
• Liaise between Partners and internal departments to improve operations.
• Ensure compliance with Feeding America, TEFAP, and health codes; maintain documentation.
