Job summary

Wurth Industry North America is seeking a Program Service Representative to manage onsite and remote CPS program operations, stock and deliver products, and uphold optimal inventory levels at customer facilities.

You will drive program growth, set up new customer programs, and forward expansion opportunities while maintaining safety standards and strong communication with stakeholders. The role requires lifting up to 60 pounds and a Monday–Friday schedule, 4:30am–1:00pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years material handling or warehouse experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer management.
• Able to lift 30–60 pounds.
• On-your-feet work up to 8 hours daily in customer facilities.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Stock product for multiple customer programs and maintain inventory levels.
• Transport product to customers as needed.
• Drive growth by setting up new programs and expanding existing ones.
• Monitor inventory with VMI platforms and review open orders.
• Maintain knowledge of program systems and operations.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and professional customer relations.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve productivity.
• Adhere to all safety standards and company policies.
