Job summary

Wurth Industry USA is seeking a Program Service Representative to stock and deliver products, maintain inventory levels, and ensure high service standards at customer facilities.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehousing and 2+ years in customer management, with lifting up to 60 pounds and a Monday–Friday schedule. $20/hour with potential incentive bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1-2 years of material handling or warehouse experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer management.
• Ability to lift 30 to 60 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Stock product for multiple customer programs and maintain inventory levels.
• Transport product to customers as needed.
• Assist in setup and expansion of customer programs.
• Monitor inventory using VMI platforms and place orders as necessary.
• Maintain equipment and professional customer relationships.
