Job summary

Wurth Industry USA is seeking a Program Service Representative to stock products, manage onsite or remote CPS program operations, and uphold service standards at customer facilities. You will maintain inventory levels and ensure safety and clear communication with stakeholders.

The role supports program growth, requires 1–2 years of material handling and 2+ years of customer management, and includes a daytime schedule in Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of material handling or warehouse experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer management.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass/maintain DOT certification.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 60 pounds and stand up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Accurately stock product for multiple customer programs by filling or swapping product bins, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
• Transport product to customers as necessary.
• Drive program growth through setup of new customer programs and expansion of existing programs.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels using VMI platforms and place orders when necessary.
