Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in program planning, scheduling, and/or related fields OR Master’s with 3 years.
• Active Government Secret clearance or higher required with recent background investigation.
• Experience with MS Project and IMS/Integrated Master Schedule concepts.
• Experience with Earned Value Management practices.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule to meet program objectives.
• Ensure schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, manufacturing and quality.
• Track plans, perform risk analysis and resolve critical path and logic conflicts.
• Use Gantt/PERT/milestones and EVMS to gauge progress and drive interventions.
