Job summary

Raytheon is looking for an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join their Tucson team. In this onsite role, you will develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule, ensuring integration with technical and cost requirements.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience. The salary range is competitive, between $107,500 and $204,500. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and 401(k) matches, with a supportive and innovative company culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Program Planning or Scheduling experience, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree.
• Experience using software for creating industry-related schedules.
• Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan.
• Lead creation and maintenance of compliant Integrated Master Schedules.
• Conduct and explain Schedule Risk Analysis results to program teams.
