Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Tucson, AZ is seeking a program planning professional to join the Planning organization responsible for the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex programs. This onsite role supports IMS development and maintenance across the program lifecycle.

You will analyze schedule data, perform what-if analyses, support EAC and LRE processes, and ensure compliance with government requirements.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and minimum of 2 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience.
Experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software).

Responsibilities

Onsite support to the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Detail plan and maintain the IMS throughout the program's lifecycle.
Ensure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements.
Ensure the IMS is resource loaded with target budgets and cost/schedule integration.
Conduct detailed analysis of the IMS and supporting documents; communicate status and results.
Support EAC and LRE processes related to the Program IMS.
Develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.
