Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington seeks a supervisor for the Onsite Supportive Housing Services (OSHS) team to oversee residents and staff in permanent supportive housing projects. You will coordinate care plans, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with agency and funder requirements.

You will lead scheduling, staff meetings, and collaborate with partners, while maintaining HIPAA safeguards and timely reporting for HMIS data. Strong supervision and governance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field; 3+ years progressive experience in social services including at least 1 year of staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise permanent supportive housing care coordinators, healthcare coordinator, peer support specialists, and/or street outreach staff within OSHS.
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans for each program client.
• Ensure compliance with funder and fidelity requirements and maintain program data quality.
• Monitor staff performance and client engagement; conduct routine audits of case plans and files.
• Coordinate staff training and professional development; provide crisis-management direction per agency protocols.
• Prepare reports for agency and funders; ensure timely HMIS data entry for Spokane.
• Support grant applications and budgets; meet internal and external deadlines.
• Maintain on-call availability at nights and weekends; safeguard PHI per HIPAA.
