Job summary

Elevatecommunityservices seeks an Assistant Manager to supervise staff and program services, support the Program Manager, and ensure site goals are met. The role requires calm problem-solving and mediation to handle conflicts, stress, and crisis situations.

You will lead Monitors, Housekeepers, drivers and Maintenance, onboard and train new staff, implement policies, engage with clients, and maintain program data and safety standards while upholding the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• Must have work experience in the human services field with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to inspire, delegate, set expectations, and monitor outcomes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to implement mission and core values.
• Supervise staff including monitors, housekeepers, drivers, and maintenance.
• Onboard and train new staff as directed by Program Manager.
• Implement and operationalize new policies and procedures as directed by Program Manager.
• Engage with clients to create a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate with Security Contractor for services on an as needed basis.
• Maintain program data, reports and documentation.
