Twenty-Six Defense, headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Supervisor Operations to lead production teams across multiple programs while ensuring on-time delivery within budget. The role carries financial accountability and requires guiding personnel in assembly, subassemblies, and complex components with a focus on quality and compliance.

You will drive lean manufacturing practices, manage schedules, and coordinate with Buyers/Planners, Engineering, and PM to optimize throughput.

Formación

• 5–10 years functional experience may substitute bachelor's degree
• Experience supervising non-exempt production personnel
• Experience in defense electronics manufacturing
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Lean, DFT or similar continuous improvement practices

Responsabilidades

• Lead functional teams to meet production schedules and budgets
• Ensure contract terms compliance and customer satisfaction
• Assist in production scheduling and cost approval
• Prepare proposals and production plans including staffing and budgets
• Coordinate with engineering and program management to determine capacity and equipment needs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective actions
