Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Manager of Supplier Quality Engineering to lead a team focused on improving supplier performance and quality. You will partner with Supply Chain, Program Managers, and external suppliers to implement proactive quality initiatives and ensure on-time delivery of quality parts.

The role requires extensive knowledge of supplier quality management, NPIs, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, and corporate quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 5+ years in project or team leadership.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP planning software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for supplier engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Supplier Quality Engineers and collaborate with Supply Chain and Program Managers to ensure supplier quality performance.
• Monitor and evaluate Key Supplier Performance and lead monthly reviews.
• Lead Supplier Performance Reviews with suppliers to review scorecard performance.
• Develop and maintain supplier quality systems across full product lifecycle.
• Drive front-end processes for proactive Supplier Performance Management.
