Job summary

Coopind in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct manufacturing operations in the assigned cell. You will lead direct labor to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals and coordinate cross-functionally to meet customer requirements.

You will provide production status and guidance on issues affecting on-time deliveries, and identify opportunities to drive improvements. This role may include additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or manufacturing-related certs required.
• Six Sigma or Lean Certification preferred.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
• Experience using an ERP system; strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to drive improvements and coordinate cross-functional efforts.

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations within the assigned cell area.
• Lead direct labor staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to meet customer requirements.
• Provide production status and guidance on issues affecting on-time deliveries.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.
