Twenty-Six Defense is seeking a Supervisor Operations to lead functional teams across assigned programs and ensure on-time, within-budget manufacturing of quality products. The role includes cost control, customer communications, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Under the direction of a Sr Manager or Director, you will manage production factors for assemblies and components, coordinate with engineering and procurement, and uphold safety and HR policies across the shop floor.

Formación

• 5-10 years of functional experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
• Associate's degree is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of functional experience is required.
• 1-3 years of management experience is required.
• 1-3 years of industry experience is required.
• Within one year of taking position: ESD, Safety Training, Manager Toolkit.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the functional teams supporting assigned programs to meet production and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Assist with production scheduling and cost approval.
• Prepare proposals including profit projections, risk analysis and risk avoidance recommendations.
• Interface with customer representatives on program matters and maintain relations.
• Identify problems and drive improvements to remedy issues.
• Promote Lean, DFT and other world-class manufacturing practices.
• Drive cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects.
• Provide performance feedback and implement PIP as needed.
• Monitor labor and expense budgets and report program status.
