Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Program Specialist to support Iowa residential programs, ensuring smooth execution of program activities, data management and reporting. You will work on client deliverables, monthly reports, and coordinate communications with program partners.

Ideal candidates have 3-6 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong writing and reporting skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate progress of task completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for program activities, including communications, coordination, and documentation.
• Navigate established program workflows, policies, and operational procedures to ensure consistent and compliant program delivery.
• Review project documentation, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and completion.
• Enter, modify, and track data via multiple web-based applications.
• Perform intermediate level calculations and analysis in Microsoft Excel.
• Assemble client and/or internal deliverables and respond to client requests, including creating monthly and other program reports for clients.
• Address customer satisfaction concerns and resolve any issues.
• Oversee timelines, address system functionality and drive process improvements.
• Review and interpret existing data reports and derive actionable insights and process improvements to operations leadership, as appropriate.
