CLEAResult is seeking an Operations Analyst to support a large client program, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to guidelines. The role covers data management, reporting, team coordination, and process improvement, with internal and client-facing communication as needed.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and advanced MS Office proficiency. The role offers competitive compensation and benefits within the United States energy efficiency space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office products with Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint, plus Adobe Acrobat.
• Advanced mathematical skills with formulas, pivot charts, and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers, Energy Advisors, and Program staff.
• Track, verify, and maintain program paperwork and correspondence for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide organized program documentation across repositories.
• Produce project and program level reporting with professional presentation.
• Conduct research when applicable and manage program data for complex analysis.
• Create and update Excel files for tracking, analysis, and documentation.
• Prepare rebate estimates based on assessment data for clients and trade allies.
• Assist with scheduling onsite inspections and internal meetings.
• Export pre-designed reports to support program metrics and operational tracking.
