Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including appraisals, planning and directing their work; approve leave and hiring actions.
• Manage teams including a phone contact center; ensure timely licensure processing.
• Develop policies and procedures; analyze rules and legislation; prepare reports.
• Direct the work of supervisors to optimize time and resources and ensure confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Lead board meeting agendas and attend committee/board meetings; prepare minutes.
